• Built by the King Family in 1810, our beautiful formal 731 sq ft. dining and entertainment room is part of the final expansion put onto the house that makes up King Manor today. The room features original Federal Period design elements intended to create a warm, bright atmosphere in a time before electric lights, as well as excellent natural acoustics for music.

• Our spacious 3,300 sq ft. lawn can hold intimate or large gatherings

• Close proximity to restrooms, electricity, and running water

• Accessible access to the interior of the Manor

• 30 Black/Grey Fabric Padded Folding Chairs

• 10 60x30 Fold-in-half Plastic Tables

• 5 High Top Cocktail Tables

• Two accessible bathrooms located on the main floor

• Small kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, and Nespresso Coffee maker available upon request

• Coat rack available for use

• Parking can be arranged for up to 10 small vehicles
