Celebrate Constitution Day and Citizenship Day with King Manor by making your own historic ink! The Constitution was signed on September 17, 1787 and the framers of the Constitution (like Rufus King!) used oak gall ink to sign it. Join us in making oak gall ink and then practice writing with quill pens!
Hands on History is a FREE family program series held each first Saturday of the month at King Manor from 1-4pm. No reservation needed! All children and their adults must wear a mask to participate.
(While we don’t require a registration, it does help us to make sure we have enough supplies for everyone!
Plus, registering will email you a reminder so you don’t forget to join us.)
